On the afternoon of January 26, Mr. Shijian  Pan, the former vice mayor of Xiamen，donated a set of 2008 Olympic collection to Xiamen Olympic museum（XOM） before Chinese New Year. As the first thematic Olympic museum in China, Xiamen Olympic museum was established and developed with the support and help of Mr.Pan.   He brought the Olympic culture into the urban construction, making Xiamen a city permeated with the Olympic culture and contributing to the development of Xiamen of becoming an international tourist city.

The Donated Olympic Collection

Ms. Yun Wu, deputy curator of XOM, expressed her gratitude to Mr. Shijian Pan for his donation，which led more people to feel the essence and charm of the Olympic culture. His affection for Xiamen Olympic museum and his support for the Olympic cultural industry are beyond expression.
