It was a nice day in this mild winter. The sun was shining and the sky was blue.

   Today, our museum has welcomed the winter camp activity of the children from Changle community.

   Changle community has always focused on the social practice of children and cared about culture and sports education of next generation. They planned various community activities including organizing a winter camp at the start of the winter holiday, to let the students walk into the museum, get in close touch with Olympic art, and experience the Olympic Games. During the relaxed and happy tour, the children got to know and love the Olympics. At the same time, through the interaction, the emotional communication between parents and children was enhanced.

   Children stood in front of the introduction wall of Mr. Ching-Kuo Wu.

   Mr. Ching-Kuo Wu has devoted all his life to the Olympics, and hoped to spread the Olympic culture and spirit through the establishment of the museum. Xiamen Olympic Museum, Tianjin Dagon Olympic Museum, Samaranch Memorial and Nanjing Olympic Museum, are all founded by Mr. Ching-Kuo Wu, with the purpose of promoting the Olympics, so that the public can join the Olympic family freely and equally, and share the passion and joy of the Olympics.

    Children enjoyed the sight of the Heaven Jade which had slept for billions of years in Yangtze River and the 400 pieces of collections donated by The Olympic Museum, Lausanne, Switzerland to Xiamen Olympic Museum in 2012. 

Children played outdoor games like Olympic Millionaire，ball games, synchronously walking etc.
