On Oct. 24, Executive Chairman of IBF Asia and president of IBF China, 

Wang Ruihang, visited our museum.

With the company of vice curator, President Wang Ruihang visited the postcards 

exhibition of Samaranch, collections of international sports, posters exhibition of 

previous Olympic games, and also the four main halls of our museum. During 

her guide, vice curator Wu also pointed out that our museum, which opened in 

Feb., 2008, has made great contribution to the promotion of Olympic spirits 

under the leadership of Mr. ChingKuo Wu. President Wang expressed his 

heartfelt admiration to the energy and efforts that Mr. ChingKuo Wu spared to 

Olympic museum and his persistent pursuit of Olympic cause. He said that as 

the presidentof AIBA (International Boxing Association) , Mr. ChingKuo Wu’s 

bold and effective reform, such as Boxing professionalization reform and male 

boxers helmet off while on Olympic racing , have significantly increased the 

intense degree and ornamental value of boxing race and would also do good 

to the health development of boxing sport.

 After finish visiting, President Wang expressed his hope that our museum 

could make best use of these precious Olympic collections from Mr. ChingKuo 

Wu and promote and inherit Olympic spirit, making contribution to the 

development of Olympic cause.
