Seeking Five Rings, Collecting Olympic Colors——Xiamen Olympic Museum May Day Treasure Hunt Activity

Publish date:2011-4-15   Pageview: 1421

With the coming of May Day, XOM will hold a special treasure-hunting event to make hard-working visitors have a good relaxation during the holiday. The theme of this activity is seeking five rings & collecting Olympic colors. It is aimed to increase communication between guests and Olympic culture, as well as to make people experience the glamour and pleasure of the Olympics.

1.      During the activity, Museum’s staff will lay red, yellow, blue, green and black rings on inconspicuous spots outside and inside the museum (closed districts are not included). Inside the museum, the rings will be placed along the travel route. The amount of rings of each color is the same (for security reasons, the rings won’t be placed outside the lawn in front of museum, either be buried or hung up, and won’t be put in dangerous places).

2.      Visitors are required to seek out five rings of different colors to compose a complete Olympic ring. The rings should be arranged according to colors.

3.      Victors will be given beautiful souvenirs from XOM (participants who find single ring couldn’t claim a prize), and can have photos with Xiangyun torch and Bejing Olympic medals.

The subject of this activity focuses on joyful Olympics and interesting life. It highlights the interaction between visitors and Olympic museum. Guests’ friendship and teamwork spirit can be enhanced. XOM truly wishes that this activity will bring every guest a fresh new and wonderful May Day.
