The 2^nd Straits Forum started from June 19-25 at Xiamen. This afternoon, a group of the Straits Forum members were warmly welcomed by the deputy curator and took a visit about the Olympic treasure with great appreciation.

They were introduced about the honorable inscriptions given by the IOC President and the Honory IOC President at the front hall, as well as information of the Science and Education Base at XOM. Being provided by the stories behind each collection, the members had a visit about the exhibits. They steped onto the Beijing2008 Olympics podium enjoying the excited moments of winning. Moreover, what attacted them most are the previous Olympic torches with historical distincts, from which they may find the heavy sense of Olympic culture and spirits.

After the short visit, they expressed the positive contribution of the museum by attracting more young generation into the sports and hoped we will make it even wider in the future with a view to promote Olympic spirits, enhance mutural understanding, uniting and friendship between different cultures, which in turn have an important impact on their development.
