—Lectured by HOU Bin at the XOM

Xiamen Olympic Museum will be named to hold the Sports Industry Expo, the sub-venue of the Third Cross-strait Culturd Industry, for the ever first time, of which a  related forum will also be provided as a significant part. The XOM had the honor of inviting HOU Bin,who have taken the gold medal for consecutive three Paralympic Games, the Atlanta Paralympics,the Sidney Paralympics and the Athens Paralympics respectively, to give a lecture.   

  

HOU Bin, lost his left leg in an accident at the age of 9, has been a consecutive three-time high jump champion of the Paralympic Games through his unremitting efforts. Hou, being awarded the IPC's first “global ambassador for the Paralympic Games”,was selected to light the Paralympic flame during the Opening Ceremony of Beijing 2008 Summer Paralympics.

 

At the forum, Hou will share with us his glamous world.

 

The minute lighting the Beijing Paralympics torch is Hou's most precious memory of life. As a commom people, he has been present and lectured at domestic and international charity activities from Wenchun to the World Assemble of Youth, with a globle view and responsibility.

As a Paralympics ambassador, Hou took along with his artificial limb whenever attending public activities, in the hope of letting more people understand the disabled.
