Xiamen Olympic Museum, a nonprofitable independent organization and one of the twelve members of Internation Olympic Museum Networks, was approved by International Olympic Committee and Chinese Olympic Committee. It was planned, designed and founded by the International Olympic Committee Member Ching-guo Wu, the President of International Boxing Association, who is also a world-renowned architecture expert and the Curator of the Xiamen Olympic Museum. 

 

It is the first time for the XOM being named to host the Sports Industry Expo, one of the sub-venues of The Third Cross-strait Culture Industry Expo. For the exhibition, some Sports Goods and Sportswear Companies from both domestic and international famous brands will participate in and show the various products .

The Sports Industry Expo will set an interactive communicate platform for the Sports Goods Enterprises and their customers, with the purpose of enhancing the mutural understanding, completing their advantages as well as providing a rare opportunity of close relationship for the customers to contact and learn about their target enterprises, which in turn will promote the enterprise images.

 

 

During the Expo, the XOM will also provide some Expo-related Events

 

I. Olympic Souvenir Grand Sale: the rich collection of franchised Olympic souvenir will be an effective tool of not only spreading the Olympic Culture and publizing the enterprise images, but also upgrading the public, expecially the young generation’s understanding of the Olympic Culture.(some souvenir franchised by the IOC and COC,the souvenir of XOM and the Beijing Olympics as well as the 100-year Olympic commemorative stamps are going to be presented in the exhibition with discount prizes at 20%).

 

II. Forum: the XOM will hold a related forum to offer an interactive communcation environment for the cross-strait Sports Goods Enterprises and the Sports lovers. The forum will be lectured by the Paralympic Ambassador Image, HOU Bin, with the attendance of some leaders and business elite.

 

III. Action-packed sports activities: there will also be lots of action-packed activities during the days, inviting more visitors to take part in the Olympic featured events such as the torch relay and so forth.

 

IV. Sports Goods Exhibition: the various sports goods represent their distinct brands, including the high-tech sports equipments, sports goods and sports unique memorabilia.
