This is to announce that Xiamen Olympic Museum will be officially opened to the public from May 12nd.

1、Opening hours：

9: 00-17:30 (no admission after 17:00); closed on every Monday.

2、Opening area：

The exhibition hall on the first floor, four exhibition halls on the second floor, the exhibition hall on the first basement and lecture hall.

3、Limited visit：

XOM will scientifically control the number of people entering the museum. The daily reception volume will not exceed 600 people with the maximum carrying capacity, and the instantaneous flow volume will not exceed 120 people. When the reception volume reaches the limit, we will take measures to limit the flow, and the entrance will be closed if necessary.

Discount Policies of Tickets For Xiamen Olympic Museum：

1. From now on to June 30, 2020, half price discount will be offered to all the tourists.

2. From now on to December 31, 2020, XOM will be open to medical workers nationwide free of charge (show your relevant medical certificates at the reception. )

3. From now on to March 31, 2023, for more than 1000 medical workers in Fujian Province, who participated in the prevention of COVID-19,regardless of personal safety, free of charge within three years with the "anti-epidemic hero travel card".

4. Xiamen Olympic Museum offers free visit to the Moral Model.

Xiamen Olympic Museum, one of the twenty-eight members of the International Olympic Museums Network, is an international organization approved by International Olympic Committee and China Olympic Committee. It is the first Olympic Museum entitled “Olympics” in China. The museum was planned, designed and founded by International Olympic Committee Member, Persident of The Culture and Olympic Heritage Commission, Mr.Ching-kuo Wu, who is also a world-renowned architecture expert and the curator of our Museum. After the epidemic, XOM will welcome the guests and tourists with a new look.

A new exhibition will be launched. A feast of Olympic Sports treasures that most tourists can't miss with exhibits donated by the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, Switzerland. They are unique in China.  

In support of the winter Olympics, a full series of winter Olympic posters were presented in Xiamen for the first time, with theme posters, official posters and sports posters on display.

Massive social educational activities for you to experience, such as Small torchbearer, simulated bid for the Olympic Games, the Olympics on fingertips, mini Olympic Game,ect.

Xiamen Olympic museum staff will take you to experience the charm of the Olympics with various interaction games, including bowling, billiards, golf, curling ball, table tennis, group cooperation of the invincible hot wheels, inflatable caterpillar, backpacking ball, cooperative walking, digital castle and other individual and team interactive games.

Expand the parking area, increase the entrance at Huandao Road, and provide better service,so that the majority of tourists do not have to worry about parking.

The walkway in the museum is redesigned and the sports elements are added.

A new 360 panoramic navigation system is adopted.

Expand the categories of cultural and creative products, catering to the needs of different tourists.

Update the content of the audio tour system, so that the mass can gain more knowledge about Olympics.
