On the afternoon of December 29th, 2019, the Chinese national badminton team visited Xiamen Olympic Museum. The guests present included: Mr. Jun Zhang, president of the Chinese Badminton Association, Mr. Wei Wang, Vice President and Secretary-General  of  Chinese Badminton Association, Mr. Xuanze Xia, Vice President of Chinese Badminton Association, Mr. Xiaoxue Cheng, Vice President  of Chinese Badminton Association, Mr. Changhe Zhu, Director of Pingpang-badminton-tennis Training Management Center of Fujian  Province, Ms. Zhilan Hu, Deputy Director of Pingpang-badminton-tennis  Training Management Center of Fujian Province, and players and coaches of the Chinese national badminton team.

 Led by our XOM staff, the guests visited the main exhibition halls with the themes of the past, present and future of the Olympic Games, the Olympic family, treasures and sharing as well as the Olympic art collection exhibition, Olympic torch exhibition, Olympic medals exhibition and folk sports exhibition.

 Through various forms of objects, pictures and videos, the guests learned the origin and development of the Olympic Games and had a deep understanding of the Olympic values of "Excellence, Friendship and Respect" .

 The members of the delegation were absorbed and in high spirits during the visit. They showed keen interest in the collections and interacted with our interpreters frequently. With the patient and careful explanation of our narrators, they gained a deeper insight into the history, culture and spirit of the Olympic Games.

 The main function of the XOM is to promote the Olympic culture, demonstrate the Olympic history and treasures to the public. Therefore people can know more about the Olympics, experience the healthy life philosophy of "faster, higher, stronger" and the Olympic spirit of "participation, justice, peace".

 It is the wish of XOM to tell the Olympic stories and convey the Olympic dream with pieces of collections, so that the mass can feel the passion and power of never giving up, and become the champion of their own life though not on the Olympic stage. XOM welcomes champions from all walks of life to pay a visit and tell their stories.
