In China, the Constitution is the fundamental law of the country and the general constitution governing the state. It has the highest legal status, legal authority and legal effect and is a concentrated expression of the will of the party and the people.

  This week is the Constitution Publicity Week in China and Dec.4th is the sixth National Constitution Day. Xiamen Olympic Museum organized our stuff to study the Constitution and the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of  the  19th  CPC  Central  Committee, learn the intra-party regulations and laws and take a constitutional oath, so as to understand and abide by the laws.
