On the afternoon of April 17th, Xiamen Datong Primary School organized nearly 400 children of grade five to visit Xiamen Olympic museum. It was understood that this activity was the spring research outdoor activity with the theme of "The Diversity World and The Great Harmony", which was the characteristic education of the school. The visit to Xiamen Olympic museum provided the children opportunity to have close contact with and experience the Olympic spirit and culture, and apply the Olympic spirit of "Faster, Higher, Stronger" to their daily study and life.

Watched the collections

Guided by the narrator, the students visited each exhibition hall in an orderly manner. They had a close view of the Olympic cultural relics, pictures, text and other precious collections,  each piece of which witnessed a period of history.  Through the detailed explanation of the narrators, the students not only knew about the mystery behind the cultural relics, but also deepened the understanding of the Olympic spirit.

Students' curiosity being aroused by almost each collection, they constantly asking the narrators various questions, and also recorded the knowledge they were most interested in.

In Every corner around the museum,  there existed thick learning atmosphere of the students.

Watched Olympic movies

The students walked into the multimedia classroom to watch the Olympic documentary and learn about the history of the Olympics.

Played games in the museum

Experienced the passion of a boxer in the boxing ring

Played Mini billiards, experiencing the happiness brought by sports.

Took photo with the Olympic torch

The last part of the activity is taking group photos with the 2008 Beijing Olympic torch.
