Walking into the Museum -- Children From Xiamen Dadi Kindergarten Visited XOM

On the morning of April 18th, nearly 400 teachers and students from Xiamen Dadi Kindergarten visited Xiamen Olympic museum.This activity not only expanded and enriched children's learning space, but also made them better understand the historical knowledge in the museum. Through the visit, children had close contact with the Olympic spirit and culture, and feel the changes and development of Olympic culture.  Besides, their curiosity and thirst for knowledge were satisfied; their affection for Olympics were inspired; their horizons for knowledge were broadened.



With the lead of teachers and parents, the children arrived the museum early filled with pure smile on their face.They were all looking forward to the visiting activity.


Under the guidance of the narrators, the children visited in accordance to the prearranged line.


During the visit, the children showed great interest in the exhibits and looked at them with tender eyes.


Children gathered in front of the exhibition showcase of all previous Olympic commemorative stamps, looking at the stamps and sharing the fascinating stories of the stamps.


They made their small wishes in front of the amazing “Heaven Jade” and took group photos.

They imaged  the champion's elegant demeanour on the Beijing 2008 awarding platform.

They watched the Olympic movie and felt the fun of the Olympics.


Through the explanation of the narrators, watching cartoons and viewing the Olympic exhibits, the children not only appreciated a variety of Olympic treasures, such as Olympic medals, Olympic torches, Olympic mascots and so on, but also learned a lot of Olympic knowledge, such as how the Olympic flame were collected, the meaning of the Olympic rings and so on.They were fascinated by the unique museum, the cultural atmosphere of the Olympics and the moving stories of the Olympic champions.
