On Oct.22, 2013, XOM held the second 2013 Volunteer Training Program. The staffs of XOM explained them the basic courtesy and skills of commentator in detail. The volunteers expressed that they had benefited a lot after listening to the staffs’ detailed explanation about the museum. They stated that they will try to be a competent volunteer during the following work in the museum. At last, MS. Wu Yun, the deputy curator, encouraged them to frequently participate in such social practices to increase their social experience and skills in solving problems.

The Volunteer Training Program of XOM began in 2008. A lot of volunteers had been well-trained with the frequent training of XOM. They turned into positive Olympics participants from audiences. The volunteers got much opportunity to practice which will benefit them a lot during their future social life.
