Teachers and Students From Xiamen Anding Primary School had a Study Tour in Xiamen Olympic Museum

Classroom education and extra-curricular activities should be closely combined to broaden students’ horizons, and to promote their understanding of Olympic history and culture. This morning, nearly 600 students from Xiamen Anding Primary School had a study tour in Xiamen Olympic museum under the leadership of their teachers.

Guided by the narrator, the students visited each exhibition hall in an orderly manner. They had a close view of the Olympic cultural relics, pictures, text and other precious collections,  each piece of which witnessed a period of history.  Through the detailed explanation of the narrators, the students not only knew about the mystery behind the cultural relics, but also deepened the understanding of the Olympic spirit.



Students' curiosity being aroused by almost each collection, they constantly asking the narrators various questions, and also recorded the knowledge they were most interested in.


In Every corner around the museum,  there existed thick learning atmosphere of the students.

  The students walked into the multimedia room and felt the charm of the Olympic film together.

Olympic Collective Painting


The last part of the activity was collective painting. The children gave full play to their imagination  designed their favorite mascots and patterns that reflected their Olympic dream.

As the only national popular science education base with Olympic theme, every year during the spring and autumn semester, many schools will organize students to participate in the Olympic extracurricular activities in Xiamen Olympic museum, during which students learn the spirit of facing difficulties and being courageous to challenges from the Olympic champions.
