On April 14, 2026, the “2026 Xiamen A-Level Tourist Attraction Service Quality Enhancement Training Program,” organized by the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, was held in Xiamen. As a nationally rated AAA-level tourist attraction, the Xiamen Olympic Museum participated in this training program.

The program was designed for leaders and key personnel from A-level tourist attractions across Xiamen. It adopted a comprehensive format integrating classroom instruction, discussion and exchange sessions, and on-site teaching. The training covered a wide range of topics, including refined management and service quality enhancement of A-level tourist attractions, the development of smart scenic areas and intelligent services driven by emerging technologies, communication and service skills for tourism practitioners, as well as case studies and preventive measures related to typical safety incidents in A-level tourist attractions.
