The urban volunteer of Siming region Xiamen came to visit Xiamen Olympic Museum in February 23, 2013. They praised the beauty of museum and expressed that Olympic culture and spirit are precious and valuable.
They visited the “Xiamen” sailing boat exhibition, ancient Olympic history exhibition, modern Olympic exhibition, Olympic treasure exhibition and the marathon photographic exhibition. Most of them came to visit Xiamen Olympic Museum for the first time, so they are impressed deeply by the Olympic collection.
This activity aims to show the history and glory of Olympics to the volunteers, so that the true, kind, beauty deep inside their soul can be stimulated, and then they would become a faithful volunteer. After then, they would promote the Olympic culture and spirit to be blended in the volunteer service.
This activity is the first special events of our museum in 2013. Every year our museum hosts the volunteer activity to train hundreds of volunteers many times. By this way, they may turn to a disseminator of Olympic spirit from an Olympic hobbyist. Thereby, the Olympic culture and spirit can be spread worldwide.
