Xiamen Olympic Museum Holds the Parents-child Campaign ---- “Be With You”

London 2012 Olympics is two months to go, and the International Children’s Day is coming soon. To welcome the great events, the Olympic parents-child interactive campaign of “Be With You” was held at Xiamen Olympic Museum today. About twenty families from all districts of Xiamen City joined.
Many interesting interactive games were organized for this campaign. They were arranged from “You show, I guess”, “Olympic knowledge quizzes”, “vocabulary competition”, “temporary memory training”, “rhythmic gymnastics” to “grabbing chairs” , etc.. The rich games guaranteed all the parents and children could took part in and enjoyed themselves. After the game time, the guide of the museum led them visiting the exhibition halls. They appreciated affluent Olympic collections of the museum, such as, Olympic mascots, medals, torches, and badges, etc..
Since its opening day, the museum is always pay attention to the Olympic education for juveniles. Therefore, “Be With You” parents-child campaign was held at the occasion of the upcoming London 2012 and the International Children’s Day. Through this campaign, parents and children not only experienced a happy time of learning Olympic knowledge, but also their coordination skills were much improved. In addition, children’s abilities of observation, imagination, memory, operation, and other intellectual capabilities were developed.
The museum will continue sharing no effort to promote Olympics, develop Olympic education, to let more children and teenagers have a happy time of enjoying and learning Olympics.
