In the morning of October 20th, 2011, Zhang Bo, the Deputy Mayor of Weihai City, Deputy Secretary General Song Linji, and Zhang Lingxiang, the Director of Sports Bureau, leading a group visited XOM for investigation and inspection. Wu Yun, the vice curator of XOM, personally met them.
