This afternoon, a workshop for science and technology construction of enterpreise was held at the Presentation Hall, XOM, with the attendance of Siming District party committee members, head of the Publicity Department, Minister of the Xiamen Science and Technology Association and Chairmen of each enterprise. The aim of meeting was to discuss and exchange ideas on enterprises’ achievements and new plans for future development. It came to the end with specific requirements and recommendations on the coming science and technology construction proprosed by Minister Peng and Yan respectively, as well as their good hope for the constructive role that enterprises will play on the upcoming scientific work.

After the meeting, the participants also took the opportunity to visit around the museum, through which they got an in-depth understanding about the museum and its collections. The members indicated that more people would be educated on science and technology included in Olympics by presenting the high-tech exhibits, which will make visitors enjoy the Olympic passion and delight from a new angle. They, at the same time, expressed that they were willing to corporate with us in more areas, complementing each other’s advantages to make solid progress for development of the Science & Technology Association.
