The Oil Painting Work "Happy Time"

The inspiration for creating the oil painting comes from a photo took of the success to bid for Beijing Olympic Games. The Committee Member He Zhenliang and Ching-kuo Wu both made great contributions to the success to bid for Beijing Olympic Games. They hugged excitedly on July 13th, 2001 in Moscow when China won the bid for Beijing Olympic Games.
