The 9th Chinese Exposition of Museums and Relevant Products and Technologies (MPT-EXPO) kicked off at Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. Approved by the National Cultural Heritage Administration, the 9th MPT-EXPO is co-hosted by the Chinese Museum Association, the Chinese Association of Natural Science Museums and the People's Government of Zhengzhou with the theme of "Museums in the New Era: Innovation, Development and Inheritance".

On September 2nd, Xiamen Olympic Museum attended the Member Meeting of Non-state Museums Committee of Chinese Museums Association as one of the third class national museums.
