On the afternoon of May 28, 2020, the curator of Zhengdong Olympic Sports Museum and his delegation visited Xiamen Olympic Museum for inter-museum exchanges, led by Ms. Yun Wu, deputy curator of XOM.

  Curator Ai and his party visited the Samaranch Postcards Exhibition, Inscription Statue of Perpetual Pace and other collections on the first floor and then entered the four exhibition halls on the second floor: the past, present and future of the Olympic Games, the Olympic family, treasure and sharing and the temporary exhibition halls. He highly praised the collections in XOM, especially the Heavenly Jade from Yangtze River, the guardiing treasure of our museum.

  Xiamen Olympic Museum was planned, designed and founded by International Olympic Committee Member, the former president of International Boxing Association, Mr. Ching-Kuo Wu,  The guests said that such intuitive and simple design, rich collections and interesting HBIL programs not only allow the ordinary citizens to have a clear understanding of Olympic hiatory and the stories, but also enhance their sense of participation in the Olympic Games and awareness of sports and health.

  Meanwhile, Curator Ai made a detailed understanding of the architectural style, design concept, exhibition and arrangement, function division, service concept, social education, cultural and creative product development and other aspects of XOM.

  Curator Ai expressed his admiration for Mr. Ching-Kuo Wu’s effort and contribution in Olympic movement and looked forward to further cooperation and exchanges.
